If you’ve spent any time in the Pokémon hobby recently, you’ll know the market feels red hot—and at times, completely irrational. Sealed product gets scalped, singles get pumped, and prices swing all over the place. But look a little deeper, and there are still a few gems out there.

In this article, we’re spotlighting five Pokémon products—both singles and sealed—that are already out of print and, in our view, seriously undervalued. These aren’t just personal favourites. They’re products with strong fundamentals, low reprint risk, and room to grow in value over the next few years.

Let’s dive in.

1. 25th Anniversary Ultra Premium Collection

Why It’s Undervalued: Strong promos, iconic packaging, no reprint risk

25th Anniversary Ultra Premium CollectionThe 25th Anniversary set may have underwhelmed collectors overall, but the Ultra Premium Collection (UPC) is a different story. It includes gold versions of the base set Charizard and Pikachu—two of the most recognisable Pokémon ever printed—and has already climbed in value steadily since release.

Right now, sealed boxes are selling for under $500 (£400), which feels cheap compared to the Hidden Fates UPC that’s already eclipsed $1,000. The promos alone fetch strong prices raw, and graded copies are performing even better. With the 30th anniversary approaching in 2026, this product has long-term collector appeal written all over it.

✅ Out of print
✅ Iconic contents
✅ Strong long-term catalyst (30th anniversary)

2. Lugia V Alternate Art (Silver Tempest)

Why It’s Undervalued: Popular Pokémon, iconic artwork, growing sentiment

2. Lugia V Alternate Art (Silver Tempest)

The Lugia V alt art from Silver Tempest has gone from divisive to beloved. When it launched, collectors were split on the artwork. Now, it’s widely considered one of the standout designs from Sword & Shield.

Raw copies are sitting around $283 (£225), while PSA 10s are going for just under $600 (£475). That’s despite a high pop count of over 16,000—similar to Umbreon VMAX. And yet, we all know popularity trumps population in this hobby.

Don’t be surprised if this card pushes closer to the $800–$1,000 range in future.

✅ Alt art of a top-tier Pokémon
✅ Already gaining momentum
✅ Strong appeal for grading collectors

3. Crown Zenith Elite Trainer Box

Why It’s Undervalued: Final Sword & Shield set, strong pull rates, collector demand

Crown Zenith Elite Trainer Box

Crown Zenith has quietly become one of the best modern sets ever released. It was the swan song of the Sword & Shield era, the last English set to feature yellow borders, and it packs an incredible Galarian Gallery filled with standout cards.

At $135 (£110), the ETB feels cheap—especially when you consider Hidden Fates ETBs are selling for £200–£250. Crown Zenith has similar print patterns (lots of waves, then done), and plenty of sealed is already drying up.

We think this one has “future classic” written all over it.

✅ Highly collectible set
✅ Fun to open and stream
✅ Price still lags behind comparable sets

4. Origin Forme Dialga & Palkia Alternate Arts (Astral Radiance)

Why They’re Undervalued: Low PSA 10 population, great art, low pull rates

Origin Forme Dialga & Palkia Alternate Arts (Astral Radiance)Astral Radiance isn’t the most hyped set in the Sword & Shield lineup, but it contains two of the best alt arts nobody talks about.

  • Dialga V Alt Art: $52 raw / $153 PSA 10

  • Palkia V Alt Art: $70 raw / $210 PSA 10

  • PSA 10 Pop: ~3,500 each

They’re not just great-looking cards. They’re hard to pull. Astral Radiance had some of the toughest hit rates of any modern set, and that scarcity matters. These are relatively affordable now but tick a lot of boxes for long-term growth.

✅ Tough to pull
✅ Underrated artworks
✅ Low pop compared to modern alt arts

5. 151 Ultra Premium Collection

Why It’s Undervalued: Nostalgia, stunning packaging, unlikely to be reprinted

151 ULTRA PREMIUM COLLECTION

151 is the Scarlet & Violet set that delivered on nostalgia. From the Mew-themed packaging to the return of all Kanto Pokémon, the 151 UPC felt like a celebration—and a premium one at that.

Currently sitting around $339 (£270), it’s already more than doubled since release. But long term, it still feels like a bargain. Compare it to the Hidden Fates UPC (again), which now fetches over $1,000. The 151 set holds far more nostalgic value for the average collector.

And with no reprint likely, this box could easily be a £600–£800 sealed product in the next few years.

✅ One of the most nostalgic sets ever
✅ Limited print run
✅ Already gaining value fast

Clive’s Final Thoughts

If you’re collecting for the long term, it pays to look beyond what’s trending today. These five products might not all 5x overnight, but they each have strong fundamentals, collector appeal, and room to grow—especially once reprints are off the table.

Disagree with any picks? That’s the fun of it. Every collector sees something different. But from where we’re sitting, these are five of the most undervalued products in the hobby right now.
